Childhood and Adult vaccinations are available to protect against many diseases. 

Who’s Eligible: Children and Adults of all ages.

Services: Children’s immunizations provided include DTaP and Tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis), Hepatitis B, Hib, pneumococcal conjugate, polio, rotavirus, MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), varicella, Hepatitis A, HPV, and meningitis. 

Adult immunizations provided are Hepatitis B, HPV, meningitis, MMR, pneumonia, tetanus, Tdap, and varicella.  In addition, flu vaccine is available for both children and adults.

Cost:  For uninsured - Sliding Fee Based on Income or TennCare or Private Insurance
