The Sevier County Health Department COVID-19 testing and vaccination is at 719 Middle Creek, Sevierville. Self-test kits (rapid and PCR) are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call the local health department in advance for information about PCR testing. 865.453.1032.

General Environmental Health services include inspections of restaurants & food, bed and breakfasts, hotels, motels, daycare centers, schools, campgrounds, public pools & hot tubs, tattoo establishments & artists. This division promotes annual rabies clinics throughout the county, follows up on animal bites, delivers specimens to the laboratory for rabies testing, and follows up on laboratory results. New pool plans are approved for compliance with state regulations.
The Sevier County Health Department works closely with Child Care Facilities in Sevier County to encourage the enactment of the Gold Sneaker Initiative within their facilities. The Gold Sneaker Initiative was developed to enhance policy related to health and wellness within licensed childcare facilities across Tennessee.
