The Sevier County Planning & Zoning Department administers the following:

• The Sevier County Subdivision Regulations which regulate the subdivision and development of property within the Sevier County Planning Region.
• The Sevier County Zoning Resolution which regulates the development and uses of property within the Sevier County Planning Region.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings

• The Sevier County Regional Planning Commission meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5 PM in Courtroom 306W (County Commission Room) at the Sevier County Courthouse (125 Court Ave., Sevierville, TN 37862).
• The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4 PM in Courtroom 306W (County Commission Room) at the Sevier County Courthouse (125 Court Ave., Sevierville, TN 37862).

Submissions
All submittals for review by the Sevier County Regional Planning Commission or Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) must be received by the Sevier County Planning & Zoning Department at least 21 working days prior to the scheduled meetings.
