Children’s Special Services (CSS)
Who’s Eligible: Children from birth to 21 years age who have a chronic illness or a medical condition which may affect the functioning of a child, live in Tennessee and meet income and program eligibility guidelines.

Services: A team approach is used to assist families in obtaining coordinated and comprehensive health care for their child.  Other services covered are medical supplies/drugs, therapy, hearing evaluations, and special foods.

Cost: NO COST
