RFQ ARPA Architectural Services

Sevier County will be accepting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for the following:

ARCHITECTURAL Services in connection with its Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for the interior renovations at the Sevier County Health Department.
Proposals must be received by the office of the County Mayor by 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Proposals should be submitted to the Sevier County Mayor’s Office, Attn: Andrew J. Temple, 125 Court Avenue, Suite 102E, Sevierville, TN 37862 no later than 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Proposals received after 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, will not be considered.

The Architectural firm will assist in the design, the development of architectural reports, plans, specifications and bid documents; and on-site inspection of the construction activities and any other Architectural Services as may be required during the program timeframe.

All proposals should be marked with the following language: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR SEVIER CO. ARPA FUNDS.
