A Notary Public must be at least 18 years of age and be a resident of, or maintain a principal place of business in, the county from which you are seeking election. TENN. CODE ANN. 8-16-101. A person with a principle place of business in a Tennessee County may be elected as a Notary even though that persons residence is in another state. TENN. CODE ANN. 8-16-101. United States Citizenship is a requirement of TENN. CODE ANN. 8-16-101. The services below are meant to make your application, renewal, change of address, or inquiry transactions more convenient.
