They may also be paid at all branches of Citizen’s National Bank and Tennessee State Bank. The Sevier County Clerk’s Drive-Thru (behind the Sheriff’s Office) accepts checks or money orders only. Water Rates
$15 is the minimum monthly bill and also for the first 2,000 gallons
$4.33 per 1,000 gallons for all usage over 2,000 gallons

Tap Fees
$1,000 to connect a ¾” tap
$1,250 to connect a 1” tap
$2,000 to connect a 2” tap
$50.00 for meter

Other Fees
10% of total bill for late payment
$50 for disconnection or reconnection
$1,000 per inch for any connection above 2”
